Dawet Flour Premix (Cendol) with Vanilla Flavor
Premiks Tepung Dawet Sruut is an Indonesian instant mix for easily making cendol/dawet noodles, a popular Asian dessert topping. The 100g packet is boiled with 600ml of water and then strained through a sieve into ice water. The noodles are available in pandan (green) and vanilla.
Convenient: 100g of powder makes approximately 500g of cendol noodles (enough for 8-10 glasses).
Ingredients: The main ingredient is usually flour (e.g., mung bean or rice flour), enriched with flavoring.
Usage: The cooked noodles are traditionally served with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup (Gula Melaka), and crushed ice.

Preparation of Dawet (Cendol):
Mix 100 g of Dawet flour with 600 ml of water. Stir well.
Heat on the stove and stir slowly until the mixture thickens and boils.
Prepare a Dawet mold and a bowl/pot with cold water (ice water) to hold the molded Dawet grains.
Drain, ready for Es Dawet, Es Campur, and other desserts.
Dawet (Cendol) Recipe:
75g dawet/cendol
120ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons liquid brown sugar
1 tablespoon jackfruit (diced)
Ice cubes to taste.
