Emping Belinjo Pedas are spicy, crispy Indonesian crackers made from the seeds of the Melinjo tree (Gnetum gnemon), refined with chili and having a nutty, sweet, slightly bitter taste. They are often served as a snack or side dish with Indonesian meals. 
Texture: Thin, crispy, and light.

Frying Instructions:
- Pour a sufficient amount of cooking oil into the frying pan, wait until the oil is hot enough.
- Add crackers one by one to the pan until they expand, turn once and take them out when they are crispy.
