Preparation: Remove the sleeve and pierce the foil lid in several places. Place the bowl in the microwave (800 watts). Cook on high for 2 minutes. Shake the bowl gently and cook again on high for 2 to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. *Cooking time may vary depending on the model and wattage.
Storage: Store at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
