Pempek Komplit is a traditional Indonesian specialty from Palembang, consisting of various fish cakes (Kapal Selam, Lenjer, Adaan) made from fish and tapioca flour. It is served complete with a sweet and sour spicy Cuko sauce, glass noodles, cucumber, and ground shrimp (Ebi).

Storage: Store frozen at -13°. Once defrosted, do not refreeze & use within 2 days.
