Jasmine Rice
Jasmine perfume rice (often simply called jasmine rice or fragrant rice) is a long-grain fragrant rice from Thailand that is known for its natural, slightly floral aroma and slightly sticky consistency after cooking. It is considered a staple of Thai cuisine, is gluten-free, and goes well with curries, fried dishes, and fish.
