Seasoning Mix Oriental Curry
Indofood Bumbu Racik Gulai is a convenient Indonesian ready-made spice mix (paste) for preparing gulai, a rich curry. It contains herbs, spices, and coconut milk, is preservative-free, and allows for the quick preparation of meat (chicken/beef) or vegetable curries.
It's a simple solution for achieving an authentic result without the hassle of grinding spices.
Directions: Simply fry one packet of paste, add 500g of meat/vegetables and approximately 250ml of water, and simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.
