Green curry paste
Green curry paste is an intense, spicy seasoning paste from Thai cuisine, consisting mainly of fresh green chilies, coriander, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, and galangal. It gets its bright green color and typical fiery heat from fresh green chilies. It is used as the basis for green Thai curry by dissolving it in coconut milk and cooking it with vegetables, meat, or tofu.
