Seroendeng (also spelled serundeng) is a traditional Indonesian condiment or topping made from toasted coconut flakes, peanuts, sugar, and various spices. It is crunchy, sweet and spicy, and is often served as an accompaniment to rice dishes (such as nasi goreng), satay skewers, or vegetables to enhance texture and flavor.
