Teriyaki marinade
In Japanese cuisine, teriyaki is prepared by coating fish, chicken, beef, pork, or vegetables with a sweet soy sauce-based glaze during the final stages of grilling, usually over an open fire. This final coating not only gives the grilled food a beautiful shine, but also adds extra flavor.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), sugar, corn starch, mirin (water, glucose syrup, rice, koji, alcohol), hydrolysed soy protein, spices, fruit juice concentrate, yeast extract, flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E627), food colouring (E150d).
