Krupuk Palembang (often referred to as Kerupuk Kemplang) is a traditional Indonesian snack specialty from the city of Palembang on Sumatra. It is characterized by a particularly intense fish flavor and is usually made from tapioca flour and real fish (traditionally mackerel/tengiri).
