Ingredients: Garlic (30%), vegetable oil, palm sugar, salt, pepper (9%), galanga (8%), lemongrass (7%), salam leaves (4%), lime leaves (3%)

Preparation:
1 lb/500g chicken, cut into parts.
Boil water, add Bamboe spice mix and chicken, simmer until tender and thickened.
Deep fry chicken until golden brown.
Tips: for the flakes (as pictured) add shredded galangal or coconut on step 1.
