Boil 500g cut mutton. Allow 2 cups of broth to remain in the pan. Add Bamboe Gule, turn to low heat until the meat is tender. Add 5 tbsp concentrated/thick coconut milk, simmer on low heat for 15 min.
Serve with a dash of lemon juice and chili sauce.
