Preparation:
Boil 500g vegetables (zucchini, string bean, bamboo shoot, aubergines, green chili, cabbages) in 1L water or clear stock (optional: add 100g beef/shrimp (omit for vegetarian)). Add Bamboe Lodeh, cook until done. Stir in 2 cups coconut milk or 70ml milk, cook for another 3 min.
