Ingredients: For curry paste (heat sterilized): vegetable oil (palm oil), water, shallots, curry powder (fennel seeds, cumin, dhal, star anise, salt, coriander, turmeric, cloves, white pepper, cinnamon), galangal, salt, candlenut, dried chilies, lemongrass, garlic, turmeric, ginger, sugar, spices, shrimp paste (crustacean).
For Curry Premix: dehydrated coconut milk powder, coconut milk fats, maltodextrin, sodium casenate (milk), sugar, salt, yeast extract.
