Unfried Cassava Cracker
Cassava crackers are a traditional Indonesian snack made from cassava (manioc). Unlike cassava chips, which consist only of directly cut slices, cassava crackers are usually crushed or grated before being shaped and deep-fried.
Frying instructions:
- Pour a sufficient amount of cooking oil into the frying pan, wait until the oil is hot enough.
- Add crackers one by one to the pan until they expand, turn once and take them out when they are crispy.
