Indomie Fried Noodles, better known as Indomie Mi Goreng, are popular Indonesian instant fried noodles that are prepared without broth, but with a special mixture of soy sauce, oil, and spices. They are considered a cult product worldwide and are known for their unique, spicy flavor.

Noodles: Wheat flour 70%, refined palm oil (contains antioxidant E319), salt, acid regulator E452, E501, E500, thickener E412, dye E101.
Seasoning powder: sugar, salt, flavor enhancer (E621, E627, E631), garlic, flavour 4.5%, onionpowder, yeast extract, foodcolour E150a, releasing agent E551.
Seasoning oil: Refined palm oil ( contains antioxidant E319 ), Onion 0.1%.
Soysauce sweet: sugar, water, salt, wheat, soybean, seasoning, sesamoil
Chili powder.

Preparation:
Preparation is quick and easy:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the contents of the seasoning packet on a plate or in a bowl.
Drain the noodles well and add them to the seasoning.
Mix everything well and enjoy.
The dish is often supplemented with extras such as a fried egg, vegetables, or meat, according to taste.
