Salty Soy Sauce
Kecap Asin ABC is a traditional Indonesian salty soy sauce that gives dishes a savory taste and an enticing aroma. It is an essential ingredient in many oriental dishes. It is often used in traditional Indonesian dishes such as nasi goreng, bami goreng, and satay, and retains its aroma even at high temperatures, for example when cooking in a wok.
