Finna Uleg Sambal Bawang is a popular, spicy Indonesian seasoning paste (sambal) made from a mixture of shallots (bawang) and chilies. This variety is characterized by an intense onion and garlic flavor, is oil-based, and is ideal as a dip, seasoning for rice dishes (nasi goreng), or for enhancing the flavor of stir-fried meat and vegetables.
