BonCabe Level 15 is an extremely hot Indonesian chili seasoning mix (Sambal Tabur) consisting of dried chilies, shallots, salt, and spices. Known as the "original" version, it boasts an intense heat described as "super crazy" and sweat-inducing. It is used for sprinkling on rice, noodles, or snacks.
