Tom Yum Paste
Tom Yum paste is a Thai seasoning base that is primarily used to quickly prepare the traditional, spicy and sour Tom Yum soup.
Use
Soup base: The most common method is to stir the paste into boiling water or broth (approx. 2 tablespoons per 3 cups of liquid) to immediately obtain an authentic soup base.
Wok dishes: It is often used as a flavor enhancer for fried noodles, rice, or meat stir-fries.
Marinades & dips: The paste is suitable for refining dressings, sauces, or as a spicy component in marinades for seafood.

Ingredients: Lemongrass 24%, refined soybean oil, shallots, sugar, tamarind paste, dried red chili, galangal, garlic, salt, acidity regulator E330, fish sauce (anchovies, salt, water), flavor enhancer E621, shrimp powder, kaffir lime peel.
